  I have seen Susan Alden for years and absolutely love her. To be honest, I saw another nurse practitioner one other time I visited Milan Medical not too long ago and I admit, was not a fan. She was very dismissive, condescending, and tried to change a medical plan that I have had for years and that worked for me after only being in the room a few minutes. I am not sure she realize that my medical plan was worked through with multiple specialists along with Susan's help. So I do not think it is the practice overall - just one staff member as far as I can tell. I absolutely love the office gals up front too, they are super kind!
  
  I will stick with Susan through thick and thin though, she is fantastic, caring, and very professional. Yes, sometimes you have to wait to be seen (as noted in other reviews) but tell me a doctor's practice where you do not? I have had way longer wait times in an EMERGENCY room than in this office.

  User edit: As a response to the "Owner", in the over 5 years that I've had DOT Physicals done, never have I've been asked to bring in all the records from my doc's office. It was kept short sweet & simple. Fill out this paperwork, list your Rx's, list any medical conditions. Then it was "here is your 1yr card".
  
  Tried to call about getting a DOT Physical done as my last one is expired. They wanted more info than was needed for a DOT Physical. They wanted medical records from my last doctor, medical records from my heart doctor. Just a Note from him wouldn't do. I know the regulations for a DOT Physical as I've had them several times over the years. Stay away from this play if you need a DOT Physical.
